and a number of other sports data providers.
Databases were collected for all players participating in both women's and men's tennis tournaments.
The arrays of data used contain:
Quantitative and qualitative players characteristics - height, weight, age, country of residence, rating, track record, etc.
Data on matches results - matches won/lost, number of aces, break points realized, etc.
Data about matches and conditions - type of court surface, information about the location of the match, weather, exact time the match was conducted, etc.
as well as a number of other factors that may affect the outcome of a specific match.
The results of more than 40,000 matches were processed.
